Shipping

As we are a rural business we strive to get your order shipped within 24-48 hours after purchase (excluding weekends).

Once order has been processed and shipped you will receive a tracking number (please check junk mail) and allow 24 hours for tracking number to be uploaded.

Major Outback uses Australia post to deliver Australia wide and is not responsible for delays due to postage hold up's, lost or stolen good, or delivery to wrong address. (Please contact Australia post with your full name and tracking number to resolve these issues).

Unfortunately we cannot  offer express shipping as we can not guarantee the time frame given due to our rural area.

Please note: we are aware delivery may take a little longer due to our rural location within Australia and we are sorry for the possibility of a small delay.
